Long term and career service, known in OM as "Global Service" is OM’s programme for those joining for longer-term service, rather than just 1-2 years. There’s a similar range of opportunities – for church-planters and evangelists, administrators and community workers, those with professional skills, ‘tentmakers’, etc.

Most of those joining ‘Global Service’ are more experienced, but we still provide training, especially in language-learning and cross-cultural ministry. We’re particularly looking for ‘Global Service’ staff in some of our offices and for church-planting and community development work in ‘restricted access’ countries.

Maximum age limit is 63.
A mature Christian and actively involved in Church.
Full medical examination.
Pastor's or Church Leaders' recommendation.
Church's partnership in financial and prayer support.
